Your IT runs on your server. All data, files and sign-ins stay in your network, openTS has no access. Annual licence from €490 per year, updates included.

Updates with one command
A backup is made first, database changes run exactly once, your data stays unchanged.
Backup and restore
One command backs up database and files. Before restoring, the backup is checked in full – a damaged backup is rejected without changing anything.
How the licence works
An annual licence for a set number of accounts, digitally signed by us and tied to your company.
- Accounts: once all are in use, nobody new can sign up. Everyone with an account keeps working as usual. Your admins see this in good time.
- Expiry: a notice 30 days before, then 30 days of grace with a warning. Only then a lock page – your data stays complete.
- Renew and extend: if you wish, your server fetches the new licence from us automatically. Only the licence is transferred, never your data.

AI, emails, phone – what is different on your own server
AI with your own access
The AI features (assistant, morning briefing) need your company’s own AI access. Without it the AI is off and everything else works in full. With access, an AI request sends the necessary text excerpts to that provider.
Emails via your mail server
Sign-in, confirmation and password emails are sent by your own mail server. Task notifications appear inside (bell icon) rather than by email.
Phone notifications
Push notifications to phones always run via Google or Apple – as encrypted notices. If you prefer, simply leave push switched off.
Data protection on your own server
- Your company is the controller – for the server and the data on it. comes with its own privacy page that says exactly that.
- openTS has no access and processes none of your data. Only for remote maintenance that you explicitly allow do we sign a data processing agreement beforehand.
- All protection features included – permissions, confidential and password-protected projects, two-factor sign-in, automatic sign-out, card number block.

What does on your own server cost?
An annual licence by number of accounts, prices net per year: up to 15 accounts €490, up to 50 accounts €1,290, up to 150 accounts €2,990. Larger companies on request. Updates and support are included. If you wish, we set up for you (one-off €990); remote maintenance costs €120 per hour.
Can openTS see our data?
No. The server is on your premises and run by your IT. openTS has no access to it. Only if you explicitly let us in for remote maintenance can we see anything – for that we sign a data processing agreement beforehand.
Does the AI work on our own server?
Yes, with your company’s own AI access (Anthropic). Your IT enters the access key, then you switch the AI on in . Without your own access the AI is off – everything else works in full. In the cloud version the AI is included.
What happens when the licence expires?
A notice appears in 30 days beforehand. After expiry keeps running for another 30 days with a warning. After that it shows a lock page and accepts no new accounts. Your data stays complete and unchanged on your server.
What if we have more employees than accounts?
Once all licence accounts are in use, nobody new can sign up – everyone who already has an account keeps working as usual. Your admins see this in in good time. More accounts come with an extended licence.
How do we renew?
We issue the new licence. If you wish, your server fetches it from us automatically – only the licence is transferred, never your data. Without internet access your IT drops in the new licence file, one command, done.
How do updates reach us?
We deliver new versions as a package. Your IT installs them with one command: a backup is made first, database changes run exactly once, your data stays unchanged.
Does the server need internet access?
For installation and updates, yes. In everyday use only if you want it: for the automatic licence fetch, for emails via your mail server, for phone notifications and for the AI with your own access.
What do we need?
A Linux server (Debian, Ubuntu or Red Hat) with 4 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM and 50 GB of disk space, HTTPS access with your company’s certificate and a mail server for sign-in and password emails. Docker is set up during installation.
