Rocked

Idle alert

No project gets quietly forgotten any more.

The most expensive projects are the ones nobody has worked on for weeks – and nobody notices. notices.

How the traffic light works

  1. Green – it is moving

Tasks are completed, comments written, reports submitted. All on track.

  2. Yellow – 7 quiet days

Nothing has happened for a week. The project is marked yellow.

  3. Red – 14 quiet days

Two weeks without movement: the project turns red and belongs at the top of the list.

The bosses know – before it is too late

On working-day mornings the bosses get a notification when a project has been idle for 7 or 14 days. For example:

“Mobile App 4.0” has been idle for 14 days

What else stands out

  • Projects without a lead

If a project has no project lead, reports that too – because without someone responsible it stalls.

  • All traffic lights on one page

The boss overview shows every project with its traffic light, progress and who is currently on it.

  • Overload in the team

Anyone with too much on their plate stands out in the team view right away: red means overdue, yellow not yet accepted.
